We accept almost all forms of payment including Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, E-Checks, Money Orders and Personal checks.

Who do you ship with?
Pivotal Powersports Corp. ships most orders via USPS (subject to change on a per-order basis). All orders will be shipped the fastest and most cost effective way possible, most in stock orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. However, we generally ship in stock orders received before 2:00 PM eastern standard time the same day. We are not responsible for delivery of items shipped to unconfirmed or incorrect addresses. Shipping policies subject to change without notice. We also ship worldwide!
How long until I receive my order?
Generally, most orders shipped within the lower 48 states arrive in 5 to 7 business days or less. International shipments arrive within 7 to 15 business days or less.
Do you charge
Pivotal Powersports Corp. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. All Florida orders must pay state sales tax which is currently 6.0 % of your order.
What is your return policy?
We only sell the highest quality products and we stand behind them. If you receive a product we sell and it does not work properly, simply send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will ship you out a new, replacement product the same business day! Pivotal Powersports Corp. does not accept returns unless you receive an incorrect product or there is an error in processing your order made by us. Pivotal Powersports Corp. will replace any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item that is deemed by Pivotal Powersports Corp. as abused, misused, incorrectly installed or damaged by the customer will not be replaced. You must report defective items within 30 days from date of order to receive a replacement item.

I am having trouble installing my part, what should I do?
We are here to help you! If you have any trouble installing any of the products we sell, e-mail us with your problem and we will try to resolve the issue with you. For those individuals that are not technically inclined, we recommend that you bring your vehicle to your local mechanic or installer and have them install the part or parts for you. Although we are not responsible for installation of the products we sell, we will help you in any way possible to make sure your part gets installed correctly, fast!
